End-to-end content strategy and copy for talabat's restaurant partner onboarding journey — from the moment a partner discovers the platform all the way to receiving their first live order. Every touchpoint was written for clarity, confidence, and conversion.
The project spanned the full channel mix: in-app banners, push notifications, Appcues feature tooltips and product tours, onboarding email sequences, a Knowledge Center blog series, and Strapi-managed web content — all coordinated to reduce drop-off and accelerate time-to-live.
talabat / Delivery Hero
A multi-channel CRM programme targeting talabat's restaurant partner base — designed to educate, engage, and convert. Built across email (Braze / Stripo) and WhatsApp (Insider), each campaign was written for maximum impact at scale: short, clear, personal, and always with a strong CTA.
Campaigns covered the full partner lifecycle: welcome and activation sequences, ad product promotion (like the VFD Insider campaign shown right), feature adoption nudges, upsell flows, and re-engagement series. The result was above-industry performance metrics and measurable revenue attribution.

Led social content strategy as Sr. Social Media Manager at Kijamii for Netflix MENA's breakout series Al Rawabi School for Girls. The project ran across four platforms — Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and X — with full bilingual copy (Arabic and English) tailored for three distinct regional audiences: GCC, Levant, and Maghreb.
Beyond the main social platforms, the campaign extended to Anghami — the region's leading music streaming app — where branded audio content and culturally nuanced Arabic copy helped embed the show into the MENA cultural moment. The series became the #1 Netflix title in MENA.

As Creative Copywriter then Senior Creative Copywriter at Brandworx, produced 26 TV commercials and branded films across Ramadan campaigns, CSR storytelling, and brand launches. Every script was written from scratch — from the manifesto spot to the 30-second cut — with a focus on emotional resonance and cultural relevance.
Clients included Misr El Kheir NGO (Good Manners, Al Gharamat, Ramadan Nour), National Bank of Egypt, Samsung Egypt, and Vodafone Egypt. Work spanned TVC scripts, OOH concepts, digital campaigns, and branded content.
